Roland takes share in Cakewalk

After Apple bought Logic and Steinberg has been taken over by Pinnacle it's now Roland's turn to take over Cakewalk (of Sonar fame).

You forgot that good 'ol uncle Bill took over some years ago Blue Ribbon Software (makers of Bars&Pipes Pro sequencer for amiga).

Of course, they never used the intellectual proprieties they acquired...
