o2 and delta

I've listened to this wonderful remix for years and still wonder what the girl in the beginning is saying. I've asked several people who have studied french and now a couple of weeks ago i asked i friend who travelled to france to ask a native speaker there. however for some reason even a native french speaker was unable to hear exactly what she said.
So my question is:
Does anybody know what the girl in the intro is saying?

I dont speak french but here are the words that I picked up which are obvious. French Grammar is backwards so the vocals start with

In Order:
- Ladies and Gentlemen
- In preparation for this Fantastic
- Hello I would ask you to listen

Again I dont know French but I know the above words which I could pick out.

Maybe O2 Can shed some light on this subject.

Sounds like the Lady is making some kind of announcement, telling people to prepare for something fantastic.

nice, I think you're on to something here. All i can make out is "merci", "madame" "monsieur" and perhaps "succé"
By the way, I think the last word is "delta"

Yes!! I just played it again and right at the end she says

"écoutent le delta"
