Have it between 20-23 and the use a special rotation list between 23-24 with only cozy tunes for a wind down for yourself and others (if possible?)

Now that's actually not a bad idea.

I'll see what happens... ...and also, 4 people feels that it's enough with 2 hours, but I'm happy noone says that the CC is not needed...

3 hours, between 21:00-24:00 works for me, but 20:00-23:00 isn't a problem aswell, just make it 3hr show! regards.

Well, after serious considerations, I've decided to in fact do a 3-hour show and run it between 20-23 CET, even though the majority of the votes fell on 21-24. Facting in that I was one of the voters for 21-24, I hereby change my vote after realizing that even I need to get to bed at a quite reasonable time, hence will 20-23 fit better into my schedule.

This following sunday (i.e. April 29th) will therefor be the first regular 3-hour Cozy Corner.

Just FYI. ...and 'm removing the stickiness from this thread now...
