It's the start to the Monty on the Run hiscore theme, but it's only 8 notes... probably more a coincidence than a direct copy.

It's not only those 8 notes but also the exact same chord sequence. Whistle the original MOTR melody along and you'll notice!

Of course it's quite a simple chord sequence, which is oftenly used. But together with those 8 notes it's something quite unique. I don't believe in a coincidence here.

It's not actionable, in that the burden of proof is too high. I said that in the other thread, too... they were "probably" influenced by it, but it's one of those things you'd have to have much more evidence to do anything about. And a wad of cash. That would help!! :)
