I'm desperate for recording the Ixalance mods (and perhaps late Y-XG MIDI files). For that purpose I need an audio capture tool that intercepts audio for the Windows kernel and streams it into a file (preferably uncompressed wav), with very low latency. I'd perfer to avoid analog loopback. I've given a cmd line tool a try and it worked, except the result was horrible horrible horrible latency - completely useless result. So a low latency ripling fast tool + pc is needed.
