It reminds me a little one of his earlier tunes (notably /MUSICIANS/T/Tel_Jeroen/Ladys_Own.sid) but obviously a lot faster and with a different lead. I don't think JT's released it, whatever it is!

That it does, which leads me to believe it's a SID tune that JT hasn't released yet. It's probably at 4x speed as well because some of the drum instruments on it remind me of Rubicon.

Chris, could you please ask JT about this? Be nice to see the SID in HVSC at some point :)
