This one seemed a DHT-only one. This will give troubles to Torrent-clients that don't have DHT-support, like rTorrent which I use.

The one at slayradio.org does have a proper tracker and works flawless.

Uploading at 32Mbit/s now (4Mbyte/s ), come on, let's seed :)

May need more sources/seeders... I got about 20% of it last night very quickly (over 400k/s), but then it slowed down to about 10k/s after that...

Are you sure your provider isn't throttling BitTorrent traffic? (Seems like it since you're experiencing it during peak hours / day time). I'm currently uploading 2Mbyte/s (12Mbyte/s max), so there is sufficient bandwidth available.

Doubtful, not seen it happen before on anything else I've torrented in the past in the evening at such speeds. Could have happened I guess... I didn't think to check if the number of links/connections had reduced. Will find out for sure when I looked into it tonight and resume...

I am seeding the Slacker torrent from a 100mbit and a 9mbit connection anyways, so you should get fairly good speeds on your downloads.

*cough* thought you didn't mind the speed issues ;) heh ... on a slightly similar note though, i decided to take a break from my usenet downloads to bag a torrent of LASTXP ver 16 (a torrent no less). 24 seeders, 3 leechers and i'm getting 14k ..... makes you wonder how torrents ever got off the ground. Abandoned that download - it would take DAYS to get the 3 gig file in.
