Dunno if this has been mentioned before here or not but it came to a suprise to me...
I was just going through my Fruit Machine Emulator and i downloaded a rom called "Gold Reserve". So playing with it i was when i suddenly got some nudges and the music playing to that was non other than saxion.
Now since these emulators and roms are based on the original fruit machines i'd imagine that this machine actually features the music from sanxion on the real thing.
that has to be the ultimate toy for a sid fan =)

A fruit machine uses the Sanxion loading theme?
Could you direct me to the ROM?

Dunno what you'd call it in Italy: the Americans call it a slot machine. You know, like you get in Las Vegas.
It's called a fruit machine here because traditionally the symbols
on the spinning reels are of fruits.

OMG! It's true - although it's a bad remixed version with wrong notes!
If anybody wants to play "Name That Tune" then I extracted all the music here:

Fun Fun Fun!

funny thing is these big coorperations are mad about these emulators and the amusing thing is that they are knicking other peoples work and then whine when it happens to them.
irnonically i used to manufacture the fastenings for these Bell Fruit arcade machines back in the day
