Please note, we already spent months addressing suggestions for improvements on the wording, but this has nothing to do with raising, lowering or changing the standards themselves.
We didn't change anything about the standards or anything significant about the instructions, just wordsmithed them for clarity. But if you're interested, go ahead and check out the document, give comments, etc. Hopefully the instructions and guidelines read more clearly.
