Dear c64 lovers!

The quest is almost done, today we are assembling the final parts of the cd RUN 10. The launch date is the 12th of November so we are almost there!

25 years after Commodore introduced the C64 computer, productiehuis ON asked Rob Hubbard to make orchestral arrangements of the music written by him and Jeroen Tel for some of the most popular C64 games. Check out this piece of art that the music of "C64 orchestra - Run 10" in combination with this unique packaging and a second disc with the original tunes and special features represents!

Did the price increase? I'm showing € 35 Euro's.. which I'm assuming does not include shipping.. thats about $46.75 Canadian.

Is there also a cheaper version available, maybe with a regular CD jewelcase rather than this special box, or a digital download? Does anyone know? I'd like to buy the stuff, but not for EUR 35, that's way too much for my budget.

Maybe shipping is included only in Holland or continental EU, since it's Dutch based. *edit* just looked at paypal, shipping is 4,95euro yeps.

FYI I contacted the producer of the cd and told about this topic so they are reading this. About the price, seeing what you get (I love the box) I don't mind the 35Euro's. But I can understand that some people would like a cheaper version. Will let you know if I have more information

From a collectors perspective + getting that cool case it is actually a good value.

However I also agree that there should be a standard Jewl Case version for those who might not be interested in the collectors edition.

It is a bit expensive, but not nearly as much as I've paid for some other CDs. Besides, if it has Cybernoid II, Myth and Supremacy, I want it no matter what. The only real downside is the box - I would have strongly preferred to have a regular jewel box.

I just had contact with the producer off RUN 10, SLAYRadio has confirmation to play them during live shows and put the tunes on the rotational . So expect them shortly. But do remember to visit the site and buy the album if you like it (the package is worth it imho). An Itunes download is planned and depending on the sales off the album a cheaper 'jewel case' version is also an option.
