We're working on getting things sorted. What's certain is the fact that we will have a meet-up the Friday before and the event will be on the Saturday. The price for tickets will land somewhere between 15-20€ and we plan to finalize that VERY soon. We just need to get a couple of more answers first, which we hope we'll get early next week. The site and this thread will be updated next week with more info so keep your eyes peeled.

It's funny actually. I think there will be more Finns than Swedes at this one. I finished the design for the site 21 hours ago, so please, if you will, spank Ziphoid to finish the thing already! When the site is up, you will be able to buy your ticket either via Paypal or an international bank transfer (or a normal bank transfer for all you Swedish people out there).

PS: Anyone going to Stansted can catch a bus for about 15-17 quid return from Stratford via National Express. The bus only takes 45 minutes. Other buses to Stansted from NE depart from Central London.

@Trooper: No need to worry! The BIT crowd is a very friendly crowd. And Sweden will hopefully be sunny in September which makes it perfect for some tourist activities while you're over here.
