I would say it took me 3 days. One day where I just "thought about the tune" and tried to remember the song as good as possible, then later on I fired up the game and listened to the song in depth, to get into the spirit so to say.
The following day, I started to rework and remix the song, make the story and arr. and Later that night most of the song was done. The final day, I adjusted some notes, added some stuff, removed some parts and then there was time for the eq and mixing.
So all in all the "active" time would be 2 and a half day. )
