I think it's worth the wait to about 1:30 in for the "payoff". But it needs to be played really LOUD...and the YouTube quality doesn't do it justice. Would this particular portion be an "Unzy" sound, Infamous? Kidding, I think I know the sound you are talking about. The bzzzt bzzt thing.
