Scene unrelated but at the moment i try to get some practice with vocals. Unfortuneately i am unable to pitch the vocals to antoher melody. Maybe Mordi has some hints? Anyhoo its all a bit simple but its just an experiment at the moment.

Damn good attempt for a first try, yes i'm sure Mordi would give you some tips.
Re: All love Kate Lesing... :p
Well, the way I do it:
1. Export the main melody itself as a .wav and open it in melodyne.
2. Import the vocals and use the melody as guidance. Melodyne will even show you visually where the notes of the main melody is!
The hardest thing is to make sure the vocals fit timing-wise. I did the tutorials in Melodyne to learn how to use the tools in the program, I think its a nice way to learn it.

Thank you very much, Mordi. I will try it out...
Re: All love Kate Lesing... :p
Made some balancing and sound tweaks but its still a work in progress. My current idea is to add a 2nd snare to make the beat more variable... whatever...
