Hey Reyn, no offense! You're still my goosebumps hero!
http://www.native-instruments.com/index ... testwinner
Just watch the contest winner: Basically he does the same like Reyn but I think his coolness is amazing while he masters all the instruments (and the gear).
Finally there's someone Reyn Ouwehand can learn from..

Didnt impress me at all, and I'm actually turned off by the fact that the first place winner is someone with a Pro studio in their basement.
I like to see the average Joe in their bedroom winning stuff, like the 2nd Place winner.
I like Reyn better.

Oh come on please, The guy is a talented fuck just like Reeeyn! I hate people who are talented fuckers
It still blows my mind how you guys can just layer and layer sections on top of each other in real-time - my brain would give up after the first 16 bars if I could of course play any instruments whatsoever!
He deserved to win but I think Reyn would have come first if he would have known about the competition!

You might be right but that's a different story. I don't care if he's a winner of something or not, I'm just impressed by his skills.Analog-X64 wrote:Didnt impress me at all, and I'm actually turned off by the fact that the first place winner is someone with a Pro studio in their basement.
Did you know that Reyn has a pro studio in his basem...emm.wait....in his church?I like to see the average Joe in their bedroom winning stuff, like the 2nd Place winner.

Would you be able to pull that off if you had a pro studio, though? I think it was well deserved a win, not only arrangement-wise.Analog-X64 wrote:Didnt impress me at all, and I'm actually turned off by the fact that the first place winner is someone with a Pro studio in their basement.
Not sure why the guy who played High Speed Dirt by megadeth got that high - it didnt take as much creativity (didnt watch the whole thing, but sounded like a plain cover).
Check out my website.

What makes the 1st place better than the 4th place? Yves Custeau has some serious fingerskills.
Experto credite!

Looks very impressive but i thinkt that this guy needed at least 10 attempts to make it sounding like this. Reyn needs 10 seconds to figure out a for him unknown tune and he even plays it in your prefered style...
Any questions?
