I voted it "VERY GOOD", because it is very good. 
I think this is the exact way Jeroen Tel would've done it if he'd done a remix of it (or written the song) today.
The only reason why I didn't give it OUTSTANDING was that I didn't find it "original" enough, i.e. it wasn't changed in style from the original SID. My "criteria" for giving a song OUTSTANDING is that it has to surprise me, and your's kind of didn't...
But it is a kick ass remix, and I hope you make more.
