From time to time I'd notice those ASCII bar graph screenshots on Commodore 64 adverts, boxes and promos. I didn't care before but now I'd like a copy of the program which makes them.
What is it called? You'd think that Commodore may have bundled this anonymous yet famous program with its ranges.

I daresay c= marketing made those up to make it look "scientific" to parents, so they would be readily buy one for their kids.
