I first thought "Matrix" because of the cookies, but they are actually served in that scene (when the Oracle says "And don't worry about the vase.")
but its not another part of Matrix I forgot ?

That is correct. I liked the film and it's theme, although action scenes were too exaggerated for my taste

Borrowing from "Logan's Run" the initial idea was not particularly new, but the film has a depth that is sometimes lost in all the action. The "memory imprints" scene mentioned above is very reminiscent of a similar scene between Deckard and Rachael in Blade Runner:

Deckard: Remember the spider that lived outside your window? Orange body, green legs. Watched her build a web all summer then one day there's a big egg in it. The egg hatched...
Rachael: The egg hatched...
Deckard: Yea.
Rachael: and a hundred baby spiders came out and they ate her.
Deckard: Implants. Those aren't your memories, they're somebody else's.
