Help Running A Music Program

Hello all,
I am trying to get Future Composer to run on my Amiga emulator (WinUAE) but I do not know how to get it to run. I tried ADF Opus to make an ADF file to put it on so I could use it as a disk image but when I try to load it in the emulator it says "The selected floppy disk image is not bootable (boot block checksum error)." Any help would be greatly appreciated.
