Rob Hubbard Editor in Amiga Protracker clone running on PC
Here's something I've been working on, it's Rob Hubbards replay coupled with a ripper, living inside of a Protracker clone on the PC
This will allow editing of Hubbard Tunes on the PC. The sky's the limit here. I can include multiple SID channels, 16 bit sample playback.
FX such as Reverb, Delay etc...
Feedback welcome

Oh my word - that appears to be an app I could spend hours tinkering with ! Superb effort and many thanks for posting here. Apart from the three channels you mention the ability to add more, along with fx, etc? Could you provide a little more detail. Does it load the a fourth sample channel ? So many questions, yet so much excitement....this is just totally mint ! release date and link TBA I assume ? Thanks again !!!!!

Re: Rob Hubbard Editor in Amiga Protracker clone running on PC
No ETA just yet... I started this about 3 years ago when I originally got Monty On The Run working... Then over Christmas I gave it another push to get some more tunes working then dropped it into 8bitbubsys Pro Tracker clone.
It's not too far off being editable.
I think I will construct the instruments out of "patches"
So there would be an Octave Arp patch, and Arpegio table Patch, Skydive patch etc... This way you would be able to choose what Patches to run an instrument though... This would also make all of Hubbards tunes loadable as he changed the replay every time, sometimes subtle, othertimes using completely different fx.
I've dissasembled Zoolook and it looks to be completely different to anything else in the effects section.

Re: Rob Hubbard Editor in Amiga Protracker clone running on
Unfortunately this little side project has been on hold since Christmas. I pushed it forwards last December but since then real life, bringing up my newborn daughter and programming a few iPhone apps has been in the way.
Hopefuly should find some spare time in the next few months to push this forwards into something thats usable.
I will keep you all posted!

Any updates from this amazing project. I note that the youtube demos have been taken down....a bad sign perhaps. This looked like an awesome project to tackle and I do hope its something you come back to.
