i usually do not fit some echoes to base drums,but for this song i thought i fits, because i had the drums from martin at the end of the tune in my mind.
maybe i overwork this. it just a matter of taste
I guess for me, bass drums are about power and a kick - without that power, they end up sounding very muddy and weak. Still, as I said, I like the rest of the tune.
As an addendum, I'd just to to say that I really enjoyed this remix. We've been spoilt with this and Markus's Galway's Symphony coming out almost at the same time.
