This particular image took 6 hours to render on an older Quad Core system. The original one that I posted a few days ago only took 6 minutes to render. Realism comes at a cost.
I'm attaching a screenshot of what the wireframe looks like, not as impressive as the rendered image

Now you hitting the light/map based renders, you should try the classic "light room" setup.. ( its the one all the car adverts use.. ) Have a look here :
