Lovely. But I want one now, and a holder for two. So I dug out the twin holder I made for conga pickup and stuck a couple of blowers on there.
All reeds together. And at no extra cost at last.

It doesn't go around my neck but I'm very much satisfied. New ideas should really flow now.
I can use any standard mike holder. So I can have more fun doodling tunes while banging the bongos to demo. With extra thanks to an incomplete drill stand which I could have just thrown away.
Thanks. I try my best to make my own entertainment that I even help build it. But first the test drive....
Bit fiddly to get used to but even instant results seem promising. Hurray for me.
And as if that wasn't good enough, my little chromatic came today: http://www.remix64.com/board/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=8070&start=75#p92765

Pretty nice for literally the first doodles. This is easy to set up, I have a pack of five blowers to mix and match, plus it's one more option to help cover pedal noise in a mix.
I don't know why you all stick with the Commodore 64. You should go genuinely retro, using technology seen in a properly old '80s!
