Well, swings and roundabouts then as the TV series it inspired were made with CGI.

I quite liked it:

And some days before housework, my flat has looked the same.

Hmmm, I might just. I've enjoyed the Action Replay VI.

Unlike today's mega-utility machines, the old systems simply needed carts like this to be truly flexible. I have some nice memories of just general housekeeping and gamechanging fun.

....Or maybe to complete my Commie wall's 'Fairlight' look. But to be useful I'd need a lightpen working like a joystick, which I don't think these do:

Well there's always a way around physical limitation. The real Fairlight let you whistle to it if you couldn't notate any other way. Paul McCartney would have loved it in his Beatle days.

If I was doing art I would fancy tracing, something professional Tudor artists used to do when brushing up their Renaissance skills. Anyone can do a bit and technical help can be just the springboard you need.

Cameras were garden shed-size before they invented film. Now THERE'S a genuine bit of retro if ever there was one.

Now this is the Atari 2600 interface which claims to expand the system and improve gameplay.

Plus game: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Phaser-Patrol ... 589d667ceb

I might just stick with the samples myself: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Atari-2600-Sample-Library-2000-WAV-samples-598MB-circuit-bent-/300898201546?pt=Keyboards_MIDI&hash=item460eee2fca

I'd like to see something like this come out for the Sony without them having duck fits.

I wonder if, in another ten years, the likes of the Zip drive will be looked on as so iconic. I think it is a little now.

And back to the Fabs, here's some more books.

You know what? I have nothing to add to the previous post, but I would have liked the opportunity to "like" it ;-)

Well thanks Chris. That means a lot.

Though what better for a retroheaded home studio owner to do than collect a batch of EMI-related wonderment and magic? Especially now EMI seem bent on gradually transforming their classic gear and room sound into software.

And what's more, this ZX Spectrum floppy disk system's a bit mystical too. Another add-on I never knew existed for the ricketty little thing.

I just keep finding 'em and I just keep loving them.

Another PET....

....And a synth program to run on it. I maybe could try running it on the CBM 64 version of the PET emulator to see what happens.

Now THAT is some serious retroheaddery.

Wow... amazing, similar to Spectrum stuff I guess.

Plus I love the styling on the 8032.
