Hey all,
a quick update on what I've been up to recently. I went back to the roots and took up SID composing, which turns out to be lots of fun. There are excellent tools out there like CheeseCutter, SID-Wizard or GoatTracker that help with the task. In case you never have, I encourage you to try!

There are mp3s for each, they are recorded from SIDPlay, but sound the way I intend them to sound:

They sound good on a real c64 with 8580 too.

wow really cool sounds you got there, what x? speed are you using?must be pretty fast?
The 808 sounds incredible, how have you done the snare?
I am also trying out some sid, has been a while

My track is only x1 but have tryed more speed but it takes time and practise and alot of work to creat sounds with high x
I guess you can creat some amazing sounds with really high x
Care to share your sounds or a screen shot of a sound?
I love the snare in 808 and just wonder how it's done
