Yodela
Yodela
Long time, no hear. But guess what? I just started a little remix of... you know it – Sanxion. About time, I think. No?
Re: Yodela
I also just realised two things: 1.) I seem to start most of my thread-posts yodeling, and 2.) I look really really young on that avatar. Been a while.

Re: Yodela
Yet another wobblophonic triumph. Not to knock other people, but it's stuff like this that keeps my passion for C64 remixing strong.
Re: Yodela
Hey guys. Just saw the votes at Remix64. Wow, you're all too kind! Too bad that I was just too eager to upload the tune to RKO before I actually had listened to it in my earphones. The mix is really too basely and muddy for what I had planned... it sounded okay in my monitors, but heck... can I try to fix it and replace the audio? Or is it forever stuck in cyberspace?
Anyways, I had a few hours of great fun re-entering the C64-remix-arena. Who knows … I might do more stuff within like, the next ten years or so?

Re: Yodela
Did I just start nudging midi data for a Crazy Comets-version?
Re: Yodela
Oh wait. Did I just send something to R.K.O? This better not become a habit.

Judging from the 36 seconds I have listened to so far, this has BETTER become a habit.
Re: Yodela
Not having a close deadline for my real job is dangerous. Just said hi to my old Outrun-file I found on my drive and started to dress it up in a...nother costume.

Re: Yodela
I for one welcome your new lack of close deadlines.
If you're putting old tunes through the Wobblotron'17(tm), I'd love to hear a reimagination of Special Agent, Max Headroom and Future Shock[*]. Pretty please.
*) Also, it just dawned on me that those tracks were released 16 years ago. God, we're old!

Re: Yodela
Jan, I'll see what I can/if I can make time to have a revisit to another oldie. And yeah... one get older. Bodywise anyway Btw Jan, what email-addy can I reach you on if I need to bounce some ideas or whatnot?
Re: Yodela
Wa that the sound of Max Headroom I heard from my speakers? Nah, must have been an illusion. I also suddenly have a LOT to handle work wise, so yeah... it was prolly just a bleep from a dream.
