Anyone know the source of this C64 mix?

Hi all!

Many many years ago, when I was still in high school, I once heard this amazing chiptune megamix, with modern versions of classic tunes, on a website and ripped it to mp3. Thankfully I saved it on an external harddrive, so I did not lose it. I still want to know who made it and where it comes from though. The chance of finding out is probably the biggest on this site, I figured.

I recognize some tunes, such as Rob Hubbard's Sanxion on 6:22.

Not sure who made this, but what I can identify is the following:

At 3:24 is The Human Race, subtune 4, by Rob Hubbard.
At 5:55 is Thalamusik (Sanxion Loader) by Rob Hubbard.
At 6:41 is Noisy Pillars (tune 1), by Jeroen Tel.

That may help you identify the remix if you're looking for notes on parts covered?
