Indeed. I got the old "broken" drive working again by using the power supply from the new (exactly same kind) drive I bought yesterday. Now after I've moved all the stuff to the new one and set up backups I'm beginning to think I should get another 500 gig drive to the Firewire chain for the new stuffSteve B wrote:see, i call that extra storage space. not a backup device(you can never have too much storage space!)
