Well, me and my GF would have loved to go apart from the fact that we're going to the US for thanksgiving (she's American).
yeah, it would be cheaper to go to Copenhagen but I didn't know about it until a couple of weeks ago
oh well, there's always the next C64-themed event to go to!

I'm looking at going. Easyjet have a flight for 48 quid to Copenhagen for the weekend, though I'd need to organise a ticket for the event as well as accommodation for two nights...

Well I have booked a package of Flight & Hotel from Manchester for £162.
There are 8 of us going from Manchester.
The tickets are 14 euro each.
You could always book that Easy jet flight for £48 then book into a hostel
which are about £16 per night, this would save you a few quid and there is people doing this
Hope you make it as it's going to be a fab event

Fly out Saturday, come back Sunday (flight about £52 when I checked), stay one night in the hostel perhaps. May not cost that much. Did pretty much the same for BIT Live Germany
But still um and ah... have to check schedules. Least I've prewarned the on-call system I might be away that weekend...

It'll be a little more expensive, but still doable.

Thanks
Although it looks like I may not be able to go, I had to start a new PayPal account, and unfortunately, there's been a few problems with me getting a bank account over here and they won't allow me to add a credit card, so I can't transfer my funds over, which is a pain, heh.
Bah, I just found it.
Edit: Well, looks like I'm going to Copenhagen now, lol
