Of course I have Flash installed, don't be silly
Mac users rule, eh?! We get things done, not fiddling around too much with all the technical let-down of PC-dom (whoops, hope this thread doesn't turn into a flame war now!)
I have three Macs, an old beige G3 that used to run a ProTools system, a newer B&W G3 for internet stuff, and a quite new Dual 867 G4 running Logic 6.1. and RME Hammerfall in digital sync with my VM7200 mixer.
Considering getting a G5 but it's a bit of a waste really, as my G4 has enough power to knock over a house.
Not switching to OSX before I can get all the plugins I need in AU format, and of course the additional software I need besides LAP.

I am using a G4 Dual 1,25 at home and in the studio and believe me they are very fast
I won't buy a G5 shortly... i am happy with the G4
best is, it's still Bootable on OS 9.2.2 and OS X ... so i am learning on OS X and working on OS 9.2.2

Cool,
The only Mozilla for 9.2.2 is v. 1.2.1 which is rather old (and I think I did try it, and did not like it at all).
Netscape is IMO a lot better than IE since it doesn't crash all the time when I play Quicktime movies.

hmmmm... I never had problems using IE whether on my G4 Dual or on my G4 CUBE ( which my wife is using now )...
Perhaps you have some problems with Extensions installed which collide with IE 5.1.6 ( the version my wife is using on the CUBE with 9.2.2)

The problem is in fact due to the Mac model I''m using. The B&W G3 (Yosemite model only) doesn't work well with Quicktime at all, it also has a dysfunctional USB system which constantly disconnects units due to low power supply (using a hub is not a valid option).
Take the exact same system installation and exact same quicktime installation and exact same internet explorer and run it on my B&W G3 and Quicktime crashes IE when playing movies, while a Beige G3 works 100%.
AFAIK IE and Quicktime works fine on all other models.
As for the USB problem, Canon even has a special support file for B&W G3 users...
BTW using Mozilla 1.2.1 right now!

Weird, now your website works fine with Netscape. Maybe it was a temporary glitch with your server or something else.
It also appears to me that there are virtually NO differences between Mozilla 1.2.1 and Netscape 7.02 under 9.2.2
Identical interfaces, identical way of showing pages as far as I can see.
What's the difference?

right now i am surfing with Netscape 7.0.2 on my MAC G4 with Os 9.2.2 and the airbase website works very well !!!
must be a problem with your G3... have you ever done a firmware update??
Perhaps this can help ??!!!
Fortunatly it is not a problem of my crappie <b>html/flash code</b>
cheers

well, i never used Mozilla or Netscape before
I only tried MOZILLA on OS X !
And on OS X it's very fast compared to IE 5.2.3 or SAFARI 1.0

Now i know the difference... Netscape is very slow on bootup , plus it has some ugly problems with tables sometimes. Moziila is very fast on bootup and works proper with tables
my choice is still Mozilla

Only problem is: can you do pop-supression with Mozilla? A nifty feature in Netscape, maybe it's in Mozilla, just haven't found it.
