Added vocals, what do you think?


Are the sound levels on the vocals good for you guys, or should they be louder?

Great work!!! Your best work up to 3:41.

Theres only the part from 3:42 that i dont like so much. Theres a strange background instrument that doesnt really fit imo...

Wrong notes and bassline from 4:41 and still some strange background sounds.

Apart from this this is a fantstic remix...

maybe it's intended, but for me it sounds wrong.

personal taste (that's just me!):
- i think i liked the higher tuned lead better (my ears are c64 proven and can't be hurt by squeaky sounds ). i felt it had more life to it and fitted better to the euphoric style.
- i'm not too keen on the vocals, imo they add nothing to the track, instead they overshadow it (esp. 2:10-2:40 and the piano part). they seem a bit uninspired and random.
- the transition at 4:15 could be better
- the "new" intro with the lead played in chords is correct but i'm not sure if it fits perfectly for that instrument. it sounds a bit "whiney" compared to the arpeggiated sound of the original.

but again, that's just nitpicking, personal taste and of course you can never satisfy everyone 100%...
nevertheless great work so far!

Its a great mix.

Otherwice its only two notes in 2.06-2.07 which still sound a bit wrong as Monty wrote.

elsewice it turned out great.

I fixed that and submitted to RKO.

So it went gold.
