Commodore Remix

For my tastes, that Droid music didn't grab me as the original version did. But then, it's been re-worked to death by now.

I prefer the tune through the original 8-bit, especially the Invade-a-Load rendition with added percussion.



There was a simple piano playing of this tune on Youtube but it doesn't seem to be there any more.

Here's my view on Galway's Rambo tune. Somehow the lead after the intro from 1:10 onwards sounds off-note for a while, which, according to the VST settings, it is not. Perhaps the effects I used distort it a bit. I don't even know how to fix it, as pitch bend to either direction makes it sound even worse. Otherwise I'm very pleased with the outcome, the lead sounds very ripping, just as I wanted it to.

Sounds good to me. Very mid 70s. A fine little job.
