What's your preferred *minimum* bitrate?

CBR: 128 kbps/44 kHz (the current minimum requirement)

I asked the doc if the Evil Cat (TM + ® + © 2003) looking straight at me can do any harm by its look, e.g. putting a spell on me, but he said it´s OK as long as we don´t do any French kissing (like with that bull dog last month); but hey, do you trust this doctor? I know he is only trying to calm me down! :wink:
