Introduce yourself here!
Re: Introduce yourself here!
Hi all. My name is Francesco aka Naphta. I'm 40 and I'm from Italy (Turin-nearby). I work as an electronic technician in my shop, and I try to make my day moving between radiofrequencies and audio frequencies . I'm a SID music enthusiast and a proud owner of some Amiga (500-600-1000), some C64s and VIC-20.. I started the tracking art in 1990 and still I'm trying to learn the rope.. Anyway, I'm glad to see there are so many people involved in making covers of those great masterpieces of the past. Here I found a nice place where you can share comments about creations and a great possibility in learning everytime something new from other's works.

Re: Introduce yourself here!
Hi, I started posting on this forum yesterday but I totally forgot to introduce myself. My name is Bastiaan and one of my hobbies is making electronic music. It all started in the 90ties and the C64 played a crucial role in it! I remember myself figuring out the tunes I heard in c64 games (like Last Ninja, International karate etc) instead of doing my piano homework Since two years ago I started to create remixes of c64 tunes (or tracks inspired by the 'c64 feeling') again.
Another hobby of mine is webdesign. One site I created is about flash games. It's called Perro Electric. Nice thing is that it is generating some revenue so I can buy some gear now and then (the newest piece of equipment in the family is the new Roland TB3) without others complaining about the finance . So if you have some spare time, feel free to play some games like swords and sandals or Crackout kind of games like Block smasher or a classic like Frogger! You're really helping me with it

Introduction:
I'm Serious.
I'm an old C64 scene guy from the 80s/early 90s.
I've been listening to and downloading C64 remixes for about 12 years now, and I figured it was finally time for me to register here.
I'm not a remixer myself.. Just a C64 gamer and collector (plus other systems as well), and an enjoyer of SID chip sounds.
I'm somewhat active on Lemon64, but I'm much more active on AtariAge (I'm a 2600 console player, primarily, these days.)
I'm also the webmaster of highscore.com, which is a site primarily for competitive retrogaming..

Erm, hello. Ah yes.
It's me, Commie_User. I seem to have locked myself out. I'm not receiving the password reset email so I wonder if someone can sort it.
Meanwhile, I'm sneaking back in under another coat for now.

Hello everyone.
I'm wolvie75, an old guy that loves the C64.
I would try to start my c64 remix experience, and hope you can help me.
Thanks
