Btw, would anyone be interested to come if I looked into the possibility of arranging a similar event in Stockholm, Sweden next year? I guess I'll have to make a thread with a poll for that one.

H*LL YEAH!!!!
Next year our ekonomy have got better than it have been now this spring, so now we are saving for comming events
Me and my wife is nagging my mother and mother in law to come here and take care of our kids so we can go to the gathering in gothenburg, so hold your thumbs!
Hi all, I've just uploaded one of Reyn's performances (Garfield) to YouTube and MySpace I have other clips too which I'll upload in due course.
Each file needs reprocessing i.e. colour correction, filtering etc which is time consuming on this PC.
I'm also busy doing other things this week but I'll keep you all posted on further uploads
Words fail me. So I'll just say that this was one of the best events yet. And as anyone who'se been to a BITLive knows, that says a lot.
Personal highlights include:
* As I checked into the hotel, some guy in the lobby kept looking over at me. "Do I know you?", I asked. To which he just smiled and pointed at his t-shirt, which said .... "Romeo Knight". Great meeting the man who's music I have rocked out to back in the amiga days. =)
* Asking two chaps who were sitting on the hotel staircase if they were there for the geekfest. They were Type-O-Negative fans in town for a gig, and although one of them had owned a C64, they didn't want to swap Peter Steele for Jeroen Tel. Their loss, says I. =)
* Meeting the LMeister again.
* Warming up the dancefloor with AoD/Subversive Elements
* MJ Hibbett handing me a freebie copy of the Lesson of the Smiths single (which also contains a demo recording of Hey Hey 64K) when I asked him how he'd feel about getting some podcast airplay.
* The most relaxed Chris Abbott ever.
* Seth Sternberger saying "You're the guy who won't stick my music on your site!" with a smile on his face. =)
* Talking to Reyn & Jeroen Tel afterwards.
* Meeting a couple of C64 Take-away listeners (thanks for the beer, Juan)
* Hanging out with people at the Lucas Arms on Thursday.
damn, i need more videos and photos! =P i see that you guys really rocked the place and had a lot of fun, which is awesome. hope i can join some bitlive in the future too i saw jeroen's performing on youtube and i was jumping around the room and screaming 'holly s**t!'. i can just imagine what was the atmosphere there live! anyone fancy doing some "partyreport"? it'd be real fun to read one's adventures through the event. (like Jan just started)
EDIT: i just read an excellent article by Waz! great report!
I've been asked to write a report, so needless to say that might come to fruition in due time...
Can anyone point out a pic with Romeo Knight in it? I must have completely missed him all evening cos I wanted to chat and congratulate him on some excellent remixes!
Since this seems to come up every time ("oh, shucks, I must've missed XYZ"). If I may have a suggestion for the next BIT Live: everybody should be wearing name tags.
On the top of their heads.
Which should be rotating LED displays.
Driven by Commodore 64s attached to everybody's backs.
