Re: Bug Reports Here.
That is Vista, unfortunately. Try Firefox or some other browser. I've mostly noticed it in IE and not only on Remix64...

Why can't I save my location?
It disappeared one day, and now it won't save what I write in the location field.
Is it Vista again? Browsing with Google Chrome.

Re: Bug Reports Here.
seems that the amigaremix <-> remix64 connection somehow got lost.
no results if you try to display the amiga remixes in the r64 music section.
and if you click on the smiley of any track on amigaremix "404 - Tune not available" appears.

Na, it's Chrome. Tested it and found that every here and then it fails with scripts or even cookies... :-/Mordi wrote:Why can't I save my location?

All is lost.
Re: Bug Reports Here.
I keep on getting the "A small word from LMan" box displayed although I'm using Internet Explorer 7.
As I said, I am already using IE7. And Firefox is no option for me because it takes forever to launch.Remix64.com will look a bit odd - images and borders are not where they are supposed to be. That is because your browser is outdated, and I am tired of spending hours to find all the nessecary browser hacks that make Remix64 look right in IE6, too.
(or at least upgrade to Internet Explorer 7)

That's odd... can you call this page and post the output, please?omoroca wrote:As I said, I am already using IE7. And Firefox is no option for me because it takes forever to launch.

Did you alter the User-Agent identification by chance?
There's a Microsoft tool that does that.

ThanksLMan wrote:Thanks for noticing, we've fixed it.
I have another one: On any(?) tune info page in the music section the vote distribution display and everything voting-related is missing. Instead the following error message is shown:
Code: Select all
Warning: mysql_query() [function.mysql-query]: Unable to save result set in /home/remix64/public_html/cms/inc/sql.inc.php on line 355
CMS mySQL Error #126
Apart from that everything is still brilliant as we know and appreciate it! (Don't want to just show up to tell that something is broken )
Re: Bug Reports Here.
I did not alter anything. But my browser distribution at work was probably made using the IEAK. I'm currently at home, but I will try that the day after tomorrow when I'm back at work and post the output.LMan wrote:That's odd... can you call this page and post the output, please?

In the meantime, here's the output from my MSIE 8 at home:
User agent: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 8.0; Windows NT 6.0; Trident/4.0; Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.1; SV1) ; SLCC1; .NET CLR 2.0.50727; Media Center PC 5.0; .NET CLR 3.0.30618)
Detcted IE: yes
Deteced IE version: 6
I also get the "A small word from LMan" message there. Interestingly, I don't get it in Google Chrome.

Re: Bug Reports Here.
On my remix64 profile I changed my homepage but my old (defunct) homepage still shows up underneath it. I can't figure out how to get rid of it...
