I was in a car with Skitz once. He was a great chap, but I aged 10 years.
Won't somebody PLEASE think of the children?

Re: R.I.P. DJ Skitz
I've been away from this site since 2011. Wow, time flies!
I wasn't aware of Skitz passing until now. How sad.
I'm now 42. I don't live every day as if it was the last. That'll drive you insane. But on the other hand I don't plan on getting to 100. Slowly people around you; either a close friend or relative - or someone that you feel you know through the internet - gets ill or even dies.
It wasn't until I turned 40 that I started to realize that I'm not a kid anymore. I'm also among the experienced people at work. Hey, I'm the same age as the prime minister (of Denmark)
Life is fragile and slowly you start to realize that you are not going to live forever :/

This is why I'm in a hurry to get the Kickstarters done: before the window closes on the music, and the people.
Won't somebody PLEASE think of the children?

This is an aspect of getting older, I really don't like. You are sitting in the trench and the artillery hits are coming closer and some of them are already so close, so that the dirt begins whizzing past your head.
All is lost.
