A rifle through the spares, ordinarily never used again, and I've dished up a lovely synth-puter with five wavetables. It's also an Ejay machine to top off the Blair-era retro.

I did consider a nice SB16, still having the slot to use one. But I finally plumped for the Live, plus a decent little FM one to match the inbuilt system.
So there we go. More period sounds, this time marrying nicely with the SFX Sound Expander or Yamaha DJX 2. I can run sounds off from romplers not directly copyable, and through classic outputs.
Each computer era definitely has its sonic charms.
Just add MIDI cable and program, then dinner is served. Sadly sans case as the runner's too warped but at least the cardboard's evocative of the '70s.
Once so everyday and now a kind-of relic all its own.
