All showing as one point. Autocomplete works but the "sub" button sometimes misbehaves and doesn't do anything.

Thanks for the report. At some point we decided all ranks have equal value to encourage more participation. That way you can vote with one click in the regular voting context.

Anyway the roty main tool is from the stone age and needs a rewrite, but I don't find the time atm.

Maybe a stupid suggestion, but why not put the code on GitHub? I'm sure there are people in this community who could help out?

The problem here is that the framework is closed-source.
