i said i would try this and here is the result: a video for instant remedys great remix of "outrun". the video features scenes from "the fast and the furious" and tasty gogo-girls

heh!.
excellent.
the only thing that i would have changed out of that is at the end where the lad is playing gran turismo change the screen so he's playing outrun on the c64... yes... with a playstation joypad... but who's to know?
maybe he's a doddle with wiring?...
but still f"%"ing pure class.
someone give mr virus a pint and a comfy chair.

No, I didn't: you must have failed my spam filter or something!
How many other emails did you send??
I'll move this to some of my valuehost webspace.

Impressive, young Jedi
Did your daddy lend you some money? It must have been quite expensive.
I especially like the silhouette dancers, reminds me of the Amiga demos like 9 Fingers etc.

Talking of 9 Fingers, I made a music video for BitLive Brighton made up from footage from both
State of the Art and
9 Fingers (my two fave Amiga demos, EVER!)
You can now download it from
HERE! (17.4mb)
(The nice tune is a remix of SLL1 dun by The Mighty Boz).

Nah, Arvid followed the time honored tradition of making it look expensive by borrowing footage from "The Fast and the Furious" and some video featuring Gogo girls: true transformative reuse in action!
That's the beauty of underground non-commercial art, I guess
More of that would be appreciated for gallery showing at the next BIT Live (if everything goes to plan)
It's a similar concept to how Trauma puts together his tracks: heavy borrowing but somehow it takes on a life of its own: now that's copyright infringement I can relate to

Cool, these are my two favourites also, esp. State of the Art (which I actually meant regarding the silhouette dancers).

I actually was there when it was released at The Party (huge demo party of the past in Denmark) in ye ole skool demo days... Everybody simply couldn't believe it... The graphics and code is fantastic, but the tune, "Condom Corruption" by Travolta from Spaceballs, is also unforgetable.

Wow! Way cool!
Real good way of putting together excellent footage.
Could most certainly be something you see at MTV, the feel is just right
Great stuff infamous!
Brings new life to this tune, I haven't listened to it for years. Thanks!
