Ok.

ive been looking over my old mod collection and i came across something that really did catch my ear back in the day..
the death sequence to the pretty decent rpg abandoned places 2.

amiga heads should remember this tune pretty well... sounds a bit like a prince solo.

according to the blurb there its done by a tim bartlett.
id love to hear someone like maindrian redo this.. or snear (hope i got the name right im trying to remember it off the top of my head... ya did the speedball 2 remix).. so cmon anyone gonna take up the baton of abandonment?.

That is one serious piece of work. You know, I vote the Marslands or Sumppi for this one. Its just begging for a slick, smooth remix.

And you werent kidding when you said it sounded like a Prince solo.

sound o da lunatic is one classic amiga mod... 4 channels yet it sounds like its being played live... brilliant brilliant tune and i wouldnt touch it with a bargepole!... perfect as it is heh.

still waiting for someone to take up the mantle of a.places2

i agree with u main.. sump would do a great version of this, maybe summpi will? <looks sumps way inquisitivly>

"Abandoned Places 2 - Guitar V4" is really nice.

"Sound O Da Lunatic" is one of the best mods i ever heard! Just 4 chans? Unbelieeeeeeeevable!
