I know its not really related to retro, but thought id list em anyway.... Basicly put i won ITV's Gamestars Competition, all i had to do was ring up and say "Space Invaders" lol .... anyway, a lot of what they sent me i already have, and the rest i cant use as i dont have a PS2.. SO

The PS2 ones btw are in Auction on ebay, so if they go, it has to be all 4 in a bundle.

Anyone interested ?

What's your eBay nickname, Matrix?

There's quite a few PS2 games being auctioned at the moment so it's a little difficult to find your auction.... :)

Found what I'm fairly sure is your auction after a bit of searching.

Matrix = skintube2

What made me smile about the auction is this bit from the description:-

"Uncle doesnt understand he bought games for the wrong console DOH! Bought from http://www.HMV.co.uk & Lost recipt so i cant get a refund....!! WELL ANNOYED !!"

Nice one, Matrix. :)

Finally, what's "selathane"?

LOL, yeah, sales banter, gotta be inventive on ebay if ya wanna stand out lol .... saw one other week, fella selling his ps2.... claimed it was his sons and was being sold as punishment for damaging property or sumthin - crazy technique, but it got ppl biding :) Besides, if i put on ebay i got the game for free, ya think ill get many high bids ? lol .... Its all about banter on ebay, here, just plain honesty lol ...... i dont know that lot for toffe, but here - different kettle of fish :)

Daft auctions always get ppl going "go looka that, its funny," and they may just pop a bid on while there lol.....

3 things you need to achieve in an auction:

1) Get ppl to look
2) Get ppl to read
3) Get ppl to place a bid / play on their emotions - make them want it

2 things that never change no matter wgat you do.

1) Youre selling an item, as described
2) There is a cash transaction

The rest is transitory :)

Yeah, I know what it is!

My query was a (very) short comedy moment intending to draw your attention to this glaring spelling error of chasmic proportions which was handily spotted by Subby. So, as the French would say, there you have it. :)

Not 'split yer sides' comedy I grant you but anything for a giggle.... :)
