Commodore Remix

Ok... i wrote half a novel on what the idea for this is over at vgm.. so i wont repeat it here.

but basically it's as far from 1:1 remixing as is humanly possible
id say more 999:1 most will struggle to see where thrust even fits in.. but every main line comes from thrust and the general idea of the tune.

interesting... sidish part at start could be shorter, just some seconds... any chances you exchange the voice-clips with a real singer? overall, it's enjoyable right now, just tinker a bit with it.

thanks vosla.. the sid part at the beginning i think needs to be there for people to realise the actual connection between this and thrust in the 1st place lol.. i felt like doing what i believed was a "true" remix.

to take one part of an original tune and then to build around that and create something else out of a foundation already laid.. and im pretty happy that so far its got good press as it where.

Im going back over the beats to tidy them up slightly and looking to add more vocal content.. in a ragga style.. though getting someone to repeat it live might be a bit tricky.. but i have asked nicely over at vgm if anyone would be willing to "rap"... ive got a 4:09 version of it now which i am beavering away on.. hopefully by the end of next week ill have the finished article.. still a lil bit of work to go.
