For more information visitThe rules are very simple: You compose and record a funny Xmas song in MP3 format, send it in to us before December 15th , and we will judge them, post all the entries on this site, and present the winner with untold fame, critical acclaim and a DVD of their choice! Well, at least the DVD, anyway.
All entries must reach us on or before the 15th of December 2004 (This gives us time to judge and post the entries before Xmas).
All entries must be submitted in MP3 format. This is simply for file size considerations and to ensure we can listen to them. If you do not know how to convert to MP3 format, please email one of the judges and they will advise you on some free programs that will do the job.
The length of the tune should be between 30 seconds and 3 minutes, and it should have a bitrate of between 128 kbps and 192 kbps (stereo).
The prize will be one normally priced DVD of your choice. Normally priced means that it will be comparable in price to a newly released Hollywood movie. This means that you can choose the new “Van Helsing†DVD, if you like shit movies, but you cannot choose the entire collection of Friends.
