Hi all,
a wav can store its keynote, which makes it easier to map it into a sampler. I have loads of wavs which lack this info, or has it wrong. Now I was wondering:
Is there some kind of batch tool that detects the keynote and sets the keynote tag accordingly?
Any help appreciated

Yes, but I'm afraid I'm rather useless right now since I can't remember the name of the program. Argh.. I saw somebody mention it on some forum a couple of months ago.
A lot of samples can map automatically from the filename though, so "Piano C1" is enough. Of course that doesn't help if it's wrong and needs to be redected.
