Goodbye for now... I think...

Well, I guess this is goodbye for a while...

I haven't been as active on these boards or in the chatrooms these past 12 moths as I used to be and now it appears it might be even less than that...

Sunday the 16th of January I am going away to school. Last I heard they had one student computer in the school connected to the internet and were planning on having wi-fi for the entire school but I doubt that they have managed that already, so the outlook on my activity remains dark...
The school I will be attending is a special danish school. Directly translated it's called a "high school" although it has nothing to do with the american type of school by that name. It is kind of a boarding school for adults. A place where you go to study your interests... For example: Languages, psychology, sports, design... All sorts of things. There are no exams and no grades. You get a diploma that says you have taken the course, but that's it...

So, what will I be studying? Why, music, of course :) Computer music to be exact. Sequencing, recording, effects, all those things... On top that I will be taking lessons in studio/sound techinics, musical theory, movie knowledge and singing lessons...

It will be 20 glorious weeks where me and 92 other musical geeks will be doing music 24/7 more or less... You have no idea how much I look forward to this experience :)

I will probably pop in from time to time if time and internet connectivity permits... Otherwise I will be back in the beginning of June to share with you what I have learned...

So, goodbye for now, I shall see you all... when I see you :)

Wish you the best for this!
Going to some kind of music school without the duty to learn things you actually don't like to sounds like a pure luxury.

It's not that far from here, about 75 kilometers... A bit to the southeast, still in Jylland, near Horsens and Vejle...

OK, this is my last post then... Packing up the PC now, leaving in 3 hours... I'm so busy busy busy :)

Best of luck and we shall look forward to seeing your increased proficiency in the art of music manifested in new remixes when the time for that comes. :-)
