Got this message when i uploaded my wotef4 remix.
What is that? Did you get the file and is the ID tag in my mp3 file erased and it's only blank now? :shock:
I didn't type anything in the comment box on the uploade.

Successfully erased old ID3v1/v2 tags...

As I wrote to Daniel earlier it means that there's a bug in the uploadhandling, so the file never gets copied from the temporary directory to the queue directory, and consequently it is never added to the queue. Unfortunately I can't log into the server after the recent crash, so I can't alter the error message. =/

As for the ID3 tag question old tags are removed and information from the form (SID composer, Title, etc.) is inserted instead. Old tags are *not* kept so if you don't add comments on the form there won't be any in the published mp3. Of course you read the upload guidelines so I shouldn't need to tell you this. ;)

Need to ask, the mix i uploaded, is it uploaded and at the server or do i have to upload it again once everything is fixed :?: :wink:

It's not in the queue. Nor is anything else uploaded after April 8th.

Most frustrating, I know. Especially so as I just had to ship the same response out to ten other people. :(
