It's not that easy to understand accoustically, but i think it's:

"Verlorenes Geschlecht. Schmerz - Vergnügen - Traurigkeit - Wunden.
Kommt hier das Elektro-Lok?"

The translation of some parts is a bit complicated too (for me), cause it doesn't seem to make sense or is grammatically wrong:

"Verlorenes Geschlecht" literally means either "Lost sex" or "Lost gender" but can also be translated as "Lost dynasty"....dunno.

"Schmerz - Vergnügen - Traurigkeit - Wunden" is clear:

"Pain - pleasure - sadness - wounds"

The last sentence makes no real sense to me. It's syntactically a question and means something like "Is here the elektro-lok coming?"

An "elektro-lok" is an "electric-powered locomotive", but then the sentence has to be "Kommt hier die Elektro-Lok?"

Just realised there's another speechpart in there:
"Glück(?) - Aufregung. Zwei Gesichter der gleichen Münze(?). ??????Elekto-Lok."

Translation: "Fortune - Excitement/Thrill. Two faces of the same coin."

The last sentence sounds like it could be some kind of a wrong re-translation of a german saying ("Jede Medaille hat zwei Seiten"), but i don't know the english translation (literally: "Every medal has two sides"). The meaning is "There's nothing good without something bad".

The final sentence is impossible to understand for me.
