I voted nope, but there is a paradox. If you vote no then you have already given the negative answer that you're claiming not to give in your response. Yet if you answer yes then you've given it a positive answer and not a negative. Clever trick question.

That reminds me of the story of the cowboy who captured by indians. He's given a choice: if he says something which is true he'll be hanged, if not, he'll be boiled.
His answer? I'm going to be boiled.
He is released.
