It took me months on end to find that and I find it as I discover a relatively new toolkit which decompresses all game resources in NOLF 2. This meant I had to glue together countless wav files. I was on the verge of commencing when that link rescued me from that work.
I've written the guy who glued it together (it must have taken him a while) and asked for a losslessly encoded version. Of course the game codec may be lossy but that's no reason to get double-lossy, only lazy.
Now, I really must order that Max Payne soundtrack.
